Want to Produce Like Afrojack? Here’s How You Can!

Aspiring music producers have a golden opportunity to learn from one of EDM’s biggest icons, Afrojack, thanks to a new collaboration with Tomorrowland. The Dutch DJ and producer, known for hits like “Take Over Control,” has partnered with Tomorrowland to create an educational platform called WALL Pro Academy. This initiative is an extension of the Online Tomorrowland Academy and offers a comprehensive course designed to help DJs and producers elevate their craft and succeed in the music industry.

WALL Pro Academy boasts over 30 hours of exclusive tutorials covering a wide array of topics crucial for any budding DJ or producer. Afrojack personally guides students through the intricacies of producing, mixing, and mastering music. But the course goes beyond studio skills. It dives into essential aspects of the music business, such as brand development, marketing, networking, and even tax management.

Afrojack’s extensive experience in the industry spans over 15 years, during which he has garnered billions of streams and helped develop artists who have achieved global success. Now, he aims to impart his hard-earned wisdom to the next generation of music creators. “For the first time ever, I’m going to share all my music production secrets, my management secrets, and everything I’ve ever learned from working in the music industry,” Afrojack stated in a press release.

Students of WALL Pro Academy will learn not just how to create music but also how to navigate the complex landscape of the music industry. Topics like copyright, publishing, and maintaining health and wellbeing are covered to ensure that aspiring artists are well-rounded and prepared for all aspects of their careers.

In Afrojack’s own words, “The most important thing I’ve learned is that it’s not about who you are, but about what you know. Everything starts with knowledge.” This philosophy underscores the academy’s mission: to equip artists with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in the competitive world of electronic dance music.
